Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,201 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, CXCL12, and TMEM97. Each is linked with TPP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP1-to-partner and partner-to-TPP1 results are reported.
