TPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCP2D1, LINC00158, and RNA5SP447. Each is linked with TPP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP1-to-partner and partner-to-TPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCP2D1 grouped by TPP1-low versus TPP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
