Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,783 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycolipid catabolic process, Negative regulation of respiratory burst involved in inflammatory response, and Negative regulation of respiratory burst. Each is linked with TPP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPP1-to-partner and partner-to-TPP1 results are reported.
