Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,122 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS13C, VWF, and YRDC_S37. Each is linked with TPO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPO-to-partner and partner-to-TPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPO versus VPS13C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
