The most reproducible TPO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Foam cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of bone mineralization involved in bone maturation. Each is linked with TPO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPO-to-partner and partner-to-TPO results are reported.
