TPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 437 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF57, OR52B2, and HHLA1. Each is linked with TPO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPO-to-partner and partner-to-TPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF57 grouped by TPO-low versus TPO-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
