Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPMTP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TPMTP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TPMTP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPMTP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, BLCA, and STAD are the cancer types where TPMTP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
