TPMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,768 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDP2, KDM1B, and HMGN4. Each is linked with TPMT in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPMT-to-partner and partner-to-TPMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPMT versus TDP2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
