TPMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,955 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPMT_S14, RIPK1, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with TPMT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPMT-to-partner and partner-to-TPMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPMT versus TPMT_S14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
