TPMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPMT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with TPMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPMT-to-partner and partner-to-TPMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by TPMT-low versus TPMT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
