Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,318 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle transport along microtubule, Endosomal transport, and UDP-galactose transmembrane transport. Each is linked with TPMT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPMT-to-partner and partner-to-TPMT results are reported.
