Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,939 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, PLAU, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with TPM4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TPM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPM4 versus ZYX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
