Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,228 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CCN4, and CLEC11A. Each is linked with TPM4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TPM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPM4 versus MYL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
