Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB132, ARMS2, and ELOA3DP. Each is linked with TPM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM4-to-partner and partner-to-TPM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB132 grouped by TPM4-low versus TPM4-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
