TPM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,831 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2Q1, MTFR1L, and PCCA. Each is linked with TPM3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM3-to-partner and partner-to-TPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPM3 versus UBE2Q1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
