Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,391 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTBP2, SIRPB2, and SH2D2A. Each is linked with TPM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM3-to-partner and partner-to-TPM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPM3 versus LTBP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
