Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,156 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein sumoylation, Response to dehydroepiandrosterone, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with TPM3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM3-to-partner and partner-to-TPM3 results are reported.
