Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3619, ESCO2, and R3HCC1. Each is linked with TPM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM2-to-partner and partner-to-TPM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
