TPM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,566 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILK, TAGLN, and FLNA. Each is linked with TPM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM1-to-partner and partner-to-TPM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPM1 versus ILK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
