Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP506, PUDPP1, and ADNP2. Each is linked with TPM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM1-to-partner and partner-to-TPM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP506 grouped by TPM1-low versus TPM1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
