Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR. Each is linked with TPM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM1-to-partner and partner-to-TPM1 results are reported.
