Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,146 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of blood pressure by epinephrine-norepinephrine, Regulation of heart rate by chemical signal, and Regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure by norepinephrine-epinephrine. Each is linked with TPM1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPM1-to-partner and partner-to-TPM1 results are reported.
