Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPI1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPI1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TPI1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPI1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where TPI1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
