Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL51, GAPDH, and ENO2. Each is linked with TPI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPI1-to-partner and partner-to-TPI1 results are reported.
