TPI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A4A and ZNF831. Each is linked with TPI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPI1-to-partner and partner-to-TPI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A4A grouped by TPI1-low versus TPI1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
