Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLBP, TTC19, and PLTP. Each is linked with TPH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPH2-to-partner and partner-to-TPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLBP grouped by TPH2-low versus TPH2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
