Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, JNK2, and AMPK_alpha. Each is linked with TPH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPH2-to-partner and partner-to-TPH2 results are reported.
