Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNA2, SULT6B1, and CMKLR1. Each is linked with TPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPH2-to-partner and partner-to-TPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRNA2 grouped by TPH2-low versus TPH2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
