TPH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3G, TIFAB, and MT1B. Each is linked with TPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPH1-to-partner and partner-to-TPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3G grouped by TPH1-low versus TPH1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
