Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,696 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPGS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with TPGS1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPGS1-to-partner and partner-to-TPGS1 results are reported.
