Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPD52L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,988 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPD52L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOMM34, YTHDF1, and CSE1L. Each is linked with TPD52L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPD52L2-to-partner and partner-to-TPD52L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPD52L2 versus TOMM34 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPD52L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPD52L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
