Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPD52L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,068 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPD52L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRN, ZNF79, and RAB22A. Each is linked with TPD52L2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPD52L2-to-partner and partner-to-TPD52L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPD52L2 versus TPRN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPD52L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPD52L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
