Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPD52L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,141 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPD52L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein linear deubiquitination, Mitotic centrosome separation, and IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with TPD52L2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPD52L2-to-partner and partner-to-TPD52L2 results are reported.
