Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPD52L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TPD52L1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TPD52L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPD52L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, READ, and SKCM are the cancer types where TPD52L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
