Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPD52L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPD52L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPD52L1_S86, TPD52L1_S149, and HDDC2. Each is linked with TPD52L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPD52L1-to-partner and partner-to-TPD52L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPD52L1 versus TPD52L1_S86 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPD52L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPD52L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
