TPD52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPD52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,322 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPD52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPNE3, RAB2A, and ARFGEF1. Each is linked with TPD52 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPD52-to-partner and partner-to-TPD52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPD52 versus CPNE3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPD52→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPD52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
