Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPD52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPD52-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLFML2B, ARHGAP23, and MEIS3. Each is linked with TPD52 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPD52-to-partner and partner-to-TPD52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPD52 versus OLFML2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPD52→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPD52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
