TPCN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPCN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 617 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRD, TFIP11, and POLR2F. Each is linked with TPCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPCN2-to-partner and partner-to-TPCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPCN2 versus SRRD in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
