TPCN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,525 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPCN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TK2, ABCE1, and MYBBP1A_S1241. Each is linked with TPCN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPCN1-to-partner and partner-to-TPCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
