TPCN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPCN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDC4, PNN, and MVP. Each is linked with TPCN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPCN1-to-partner and partner-to-TPCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
