Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,682 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCD, HECTD4, and UBE3B. Each is linked with TPCN1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPCN1-to-partner and partner-to-TPCN1 results are reported.
