Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPBGL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,154 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPBGL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mononuclear cell migration, Negative regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation, and Negative regulation of hemopoiesis. Each is linked with TPBGL in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPBGL-to-partner and partner-to-TPBGL results are reported.
