Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPBGL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPBGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K2, PABPC1L2A, and OR10T2. Each is linked with TPBGL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPBGL-to-partner and partner-to-TPBGL results are reported.
