TP73

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP73 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP73-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR_pY1068, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with TP73 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP73-to-partner and partner-to-TP73 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by TP73-low versus TP73-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP73→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
