Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP73 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,686 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP73-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Positive regulation of lung ciliated cell differentiation. Each is linked with TP73 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP73-to-partner and partner-to-TP73 results are reported.
