Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TP73 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 513 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP73-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPP2, MRAP, and NPVF. Each is linked with TP73 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP73-to-partner and partner-to-TP73 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPP2 grouped by TP73-low versus TP73-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP73→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP73) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
