Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53INP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP53INP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with TP53INP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53INP2-to-partner and partner-to-TP53INP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by TP53INP2-low versus TP53INP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53INP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53INP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
