Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TP53INP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TP53INP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TP53INP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TP53INP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC are the cancer types where TP53INP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
