TP53BP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53BP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,563 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53BP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, IPO9, and RPRD2. Each is linked with TP53BP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53BP2-to-partner and partner-to-TP53BP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP53BP2 versus GATAD2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
