Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53BP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,439 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP53BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JMJD4, LIN9, and SNAP47. Each is linked with TP53BP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53BP2-to-partner and partner-to-TP53BP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP53BP2 versus JMJD4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
